WINDOWS DESKTOP APPLICATION

Automated File Routing
Deliver files. Save feeds. Run on your schedule.
Move everyday file-delivery work into a repeatable setup. Choose a source, select one or more destinations, preview the planned results, and run the delivery manually or on a schedule.
Version 1.0.7 - Microsoft Store edition
Paid application. US base price: $39.99; Microsoft Store displays the price and currency for your market. No free trial. An active purchased Store license is required for manual and scheduled deliveries. Help → Store License shows purchase status and offers a refresh after purchase. Windows can supply a cached license for offline local-folder delivery; if entitlement cannot be verified, new deliveries pause without deleting files or saved feeds. A delivery already running may finish.
Choose your source
Use local or network folders, saved remote folders, Outlook personal/work email attachments, or OneDrive personal/work folders.
Deliver to several locations
Send to existing folders, compatible SFTP, FTP, FTPS or HTTPS destinations, and OneDrive upload folders. Saved locations keep connection details ready for reuse.
Save recurring feeds
Keep each source and its destinations together as a named feed. Preview before running and review results in History.
Schedule deliveries
Use interval, daily, weekly or one-time schedules. Background Runs can execute enabled feeds with the app closed while Windows is signed in and awake.
The right rule for each source
- Folder files: skip existing filenames by default, with separate optional replacement choices and supported source archiving.
- Outlook attachments: retain emails and use delivery records to avoid repeatedly delivering the same attachment. Distinct attachments use available names or stable suffixes.
- OneDrive source files: copy missing files, replace older same-name regular destination files, and skip equal/newer destinations. OneDrive originals remain unchanged.
- Uploading to OneDrive: local/network and supported remote folder sources can upload new files. Existing names always skip in this stage; no replacement or suffix is added. Final contents are read back and verified.
Clear source and destination choices
Manage both connections in Setup: OneDrive Source Accounts reads files FROM OneDrive; OneDrive Destination Accounts uploads files TO OneDrive. Saving a chosen folder makes it available through Use Saved or Add Saved Location. The same Microsoft account can be connected separately for each purpose.
Print the one-page rules chart to compare skipping, replacement, attachment suffixes, archiving and schedules.
Organized menus
Setup manages saved locations, Microsoft accounts and Background Runs. Feeds contains Save Feed, Saved Feeds and Delivery History. File contains Hide To Tray and Exit. Help provides the User Guide, License Agreement, Privacy Policy and Store License and About (installed version). Source Use Saved includes configured Outlook mailbox folders; mailboxes are source-only.
Start with a preview
- Choose a source and add your existing destinations.
- Use Preview to review planned copies, replacements, skips or errors.
- Run Now, inspect destination contents and review History.
- Save a feed and enable its schedule when you are ready.
Protect your files
Review destinations and replacement settings before enabling automation. Maintain backups of important files. SFTP, FTPS and HTTPS provide encrypted connections when correctly configured; plain FTP is unencrypted. Preview does not prove upload permission or guarantee that a later run will succeed. Review failed or uncertain results before retrying.
Support and availability
